Hypera Pharma operates across a wide portfolio of healthcare, wellness, and pharmaceutical products, reaching millions of people through different categories and use cases. As one of the largest and most diversified pharmaceutical companies in Brazil, its communication must balance clarity, trust, and accessibility across a highly complex ecosystem
This creates a key challenge:
How can we tailor messaging to reflect the climate conditions at the user’s location?
Instead of focusing solely on delivering messages, the goal was to explore how language, hierarchy, and context could make complex health information feel clearer, more intuitive, and more relevant to each one of the climates: Warm and Cold.
Generative AI supported this process by enabling rapid exploration of content variations for each climate, helping test different ways of explaining symptoms, products, and use cases. It allowed for faster iteration across tones and formats, but also revealed clear limitations: many outputs lacked precision, reliability, or appropriate tone, which are critical in a healthcare context. This reinforced the importance of strong curation and validation, with AI acting as a supporting tool rather than a source of truth.
I focused on defining tailored messages for each climate scenario. On a beautiful beach day, the idea was to make the user feel the contrast: missing out on time with friends while stuck at home recovering from a cold. Benegrip stays by your side in those moments. And even when you’re pushing through a marathon training session in cold weather, Benegrip is there to help ensure the flu doesn’t slow you down.
The result is an approach that enables more accessible and scalable health communication, while maintaining the level of confidence and reliability expected in this category. More broadly, this project highlights that in sensitive domains like healthcare, the value of generative tools lies not just in speed, but in how carefully they are guided, filtered, and applied.
